Staff was awful gave us keys to our room. We went up to check out our room, we opened the door and went in and to everyones surprise there was people living in that room. Didn’t use any of the amenities honestly as we were there for a cheer comp and rarely at the hotel. However the staff were lovely, felt very safe and secure there and overly clean! Loved it.
