"Parking was excellent! Wifi was not good, and the tv didn’t work great! Staff was nice about it, though!"

"The room was clean. However, there were missing soaps in the bathroom. We had to have the fridge replaced and adjusted twice. The first time, the door did not align and the fridge had to be replaced. The second time, the fridge was set to be like a freezer. Everything froze in the fridge. The room temperature went up to 30 degrees, and I had to call twice before someone would come to fix the problem. Standard amenities, such as a microwave, were only available if I paid extra for them."

"It was a good stay, however upon arrival we noticed our air conditioner wasn’t working so we called down to the front desk. They sent someone up and he jiggled the thermostat and unplugged the unit to get it working. It worked for about an hour and then we noticed it stopped working again, they sent him back up and he did the same thing. "We stayed for one night, and overall, the suite served its purpose as a place to sleep before checking out early the next morning. A few things stood out during our stay. The carpet did not look very clean, and the suite had many empty cabinets along with a large fridge, which felt a bit unusual. "I find it interesting that the daily rate fluctuates from day to day. The taxes is supposed to be made out to be the “norm” everywhere you go, but it’s ridiculous. "The secondary roof has a clear tile wall connected to the main hallway and allows light in all night… literally trying to sleep with no darkness in the room."
