"Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed."

"Our stay was okay. I specifically picked this hotel because it said there were cribs. There are not cribs. We showed up at 8pl ready to put the baby down and were informed that they only have playpens. The staff at best western are very kind. They said it was a problem on Expedia’s end. I was very disappointed. The room was nice but we were by the stairwell door and it was SO LOUD every time it opened and closed. The heater was also loud. All of it made for a very long night with a sick infant....

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was way overpriced you get the same options as other places have for free continental only here you pay for the same options the room was a reasonable price if you show up exactly on time other wise if you’re early you get charged another fee if you want in your room early even if it’s ready, their pet friendly rooms were very accommodating and clean though"

"Perfect room at an exceptional price that included breakfast. Accessible shower was a bonus."

"We had a pool facing suite that has seen better days. The carpet was threadbare and there was a small hole in it. The sofa also had threads coming out of it and had stains. The chair in the bedroom was stained as well. The drapes had some small rips and were dirty. The room needs a pretty extensive renovation. Honestly, the common areas in the hotel could also use an update. On the plus side, the front desk staff was great. The water park staff were also very good."

"Uncomfortable bed Nice warm water for shower"

"Cleanliness a concern found fingernail clippings on one of the beds. Room was extremely hot with no means to control it. A/C not working. Breakfast was ok."

"Rooms posted are not the rooms you get. The renovated floors must be somewhere else as our rooms ( multiple) had stained red carpet everywhere. Bathrooms need update. Main building / office and breakfast bar are all updated and nice"

"Great price, older but clean and excellent breakfast. Easy off and on the freeway. Will use again for sure as it was a quick sleep and back on the road again"

"Its an ok property but it needs updates and repair like bathroom updates and new air conditioners"
