"This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! The outside looks terrible, so old, paint is peeling off, looks unattractive and unattended. The hotel is called Cormoran or something like that, it was hard to locate, we had to go in and ask at the front desk. The room is so small, fits a queen bed and a twin with a nightstand room in between in each direction, does not have a mini fridge, the A/C wasn’t working, we had to sleep with our windows open, which faced the street and it was very loud from...

Cuando llegamos, no tenían registrada nuestra reserva en el sistema y perdimos bastante tiempo en recepción mientras trataban de resolverlo. Al final sí lo solucionaron. La habitación no tenía cobijas y el internet era bastante inestable; en algunas áreas comunes funcionaba, pero en otras no, y en la habitación definitivamente no llegaba señal. "Truly a once in a lifetime experience! We came all the way from the U.S. and loved every bit of our stay here. From the location to the staff, everything was excellent! You are located in Cannigione, so it’s very walkable. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, little shops, and tons of restaurants. The service is 5 stars. They clean your room daily, they are very respectful and treat you like royalty. Overall we hope to come back in the next few years with our kids!"
