"Chambre/suite très très PROPRE de même que l’ensemble des lieux communs, aucun tapis. Personnel très avenant, calme, souriant et poli, j’ai eu réponse à toutes mes questions, même en français! Beaucoup de commodités modernes pour faciliter notre séjour en un seul endroit pour tout, si on le désire (cuisinette TB équipée, laveuse & sécheuse à linge, nécessaire pour repasser dans les chambres). Très calme, plusieurs ascenseurs bien placés facilitent les va-et-vient. Et finalement, SUPER bien situé pour visiter à pieds (info tourisme et tours de ville, parlement, canal Rideau, bons restaurants.). A noter: parking intérieur intégré payant en surplus. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter!"

"Room 916 has showerhead that does not work at all. All you can get it just jet of water all together, none of the holes work there. Only stayed for 1 night there, asked staff if that can be fixed. They did not have any maintenance there, told me that they would call someone to come at 9 am in morning. They did not have any other room available so could not even switch. Asked for manager, manager was not working on weekends. So just got an email of manager to contact regarding my situation, which they will be responding probably next business day when I’ve already left the city and province. Super inconvenient, I would not recommend this to anyone. No solution whatsoever. "

"Large well-equipped room and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. However, breakfast was inedible. A large fan outside the room loudly rumbled like a large truck all night. Plumbing pipes knocked and gurgled at 4am, waking us up. Hallways were cluttered with carts and cleaning supplies and were a sickly green colour with a maze-like layout. "

"First the positives: Great location within walking distance of the Byward Market (tons of restaurants and shops,) an indoor mall across the street, and the national art gallery (just to name a few.) Our room was small but it was clean. The staff were all extremely helpful, pleasant, and very customer focused. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we appreciated the blackout curtains, and the room was quiet. The breakfast buffet had many choices and everything tasted fresh. The price was a little pricey for a person like me, who doesn't eat much, but it sure was convenient. Of course, we could have walked to Byward Market to find something a little less expensive. The cookies when you check in are wonderful and a really nice touch! Now for improvements: We were staying 4 nights and there was very little room to store our suitcase and there was no dresser, which would have been very helpful. There were 2 of us staying in the room, so it would be nice to have more than 2 little creamer containers, especially since it was strong coffee. Although, when asked to leave more on day 2 of our stay, it was taken care of. Parking is a little tricky and costs $22 dollars per day CA. Drinks and dining is a little pricey, yet the food was very good. There is no bottled water available on site, so we walked to a convenience store to purchase our own."

"We found a parking spot right in front of the building. The two rooms in the suite were clean, spacious and had a nice view of downtown. Best of all, the rates were excellent value for money!"
