"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. Cinema is a bonus with extensive film choice.
Allso we were all very impressed with the standard and creativity of food offered by Jamie the chef.
I would highly recommend this property and has great access to the slopes really is a jewel in the Swiss alps we will definitely return!"

"Very nice hotel! Rooms , spa and common space renewed. Everything was extra clean.
Location very convenient .
Receptionist friendly and helpful.
Just minor thing to improve: mattresses are quite soft but nevertheless, we had a good night sleep.
