"The hotel is so beautiful, rooms nice, but it seems like a cover up to wheel customers in. The breakfast was horrible. The sausages taste horrible, eggs horrible. I’m not done! Imagine getting in the shower to feel that there’s no hot water like that. It felt like cool sink water with a bit of warm. I couldn’t even go in the water. They definitely need to do better with the shower water. And I dislike the tv. I’ve never been in a nice hotel like this and we don’t have Netflix or YouTube. I was...

"A great place to stay. Will stay there again."

"Old hotel with comfortable bed and clean"

"Although we didn’t know the lobby was under construction, it didn’t take away from the great level of service. The standard room we booked was anything but. Soooo nice, spacious, super clean and modern. The hotel is located in the middle of a shopping complex with everything you need for dining and entertainment. We will be back"

"Clean room and perfect size for our family."

"The entire staff were extremely nice. Check in & out was smoothe. Morning breakfast was warm & delicious. Will stay here again. This was my 3rd trip to Ft. Lauderdale at this hotel."

"No complaints. I love the franchise"

"The property was clean and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices. Parking is free and easy. The hotel is in a convenient location for us."

"The floors in the rooms are buckling, like literally lifting (and this was a replacement room, the first had the same damaged floors and a broken mirror). As for the...

"The property was great. It was quiet, clean and hospitable. Now the breakfast could use some help but it wad edible. Sausage were meant to be fried and not the eggs. Eggs too hard. Milk, OJ, apple juice, fruits, muffins, bagels cold cereal, oatmeal potatoes all available."

"Great service"

"This property was easy to find, with a warm and friendly staff. Everything was always neat and tidy"

"Reservas para 6 personas pero te dejan toallas y todo preparado para 4 personas, las que duermen en el sofa cama nunca tiene sabanas cobijas almohadas toallas etc"
