The hotel has 2 pools in the winter. My kids loved the pools. The craft table was fun along with other events. Some issues win the room which staff fixed but it’s kind of a pain to deal with that on vacation. We also had to wait over an hour for pool towels so maybe bring your own

Barthroom door handle was missing which gave us no privacy. Main door handle don’t always open takes maybe the 10th try to open it.
