"The Casino and Grandstand/Races were very nice. Smoking was allowed, but in the casino ventilation was good so it was tolerable. Our room was very nice & comfortable. Too bad we were given a room with a view of the roof & maintenance facilities. Should have changed but we opted not to since we were only in the room to sleep."

"I did not say and allowed the hotel to keep my from Rae paid. It smelled from the moment I walked in. My husband and I arrived early and I asked about purchasing a standalone room so for the night before, so that we could rest. One lady (white female slick back hair) yelled out “I can’t do that.” Or something to that affect before fully hearing what I was asking for. The Man then stated that he could not add a night or his charge me separately for a night due to the current reservation. I told them that I had done this before. They stated the oils not help. I then went around the corner that he Hilton property and the treatment, smell, and customer service was amazing. AND we were able to check in at 7:45 AM with no additional fees etc. "
