"This is a very nice hotel the room was a good size and well presented, the bed was very comfy.
The staff were very good, friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent, a good range and very tasty.
The availability of free on street parking is a big bonus.

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Strattons Hotel. The hotel was one of six I believe. We were just over the road from reception and where the restaurant is located. Very clean room which wasn’t as big as I was expecting but more than adequate for myself and my husband. I arranged for a bottle of Prosecco to be in the room for when we arrived, this was done along with a birthday card - lovely touch. Breakfast was brilliant. The entrance to the hotel and rooms is controlled by an electronic code. There is a modest continental breakfast on offer with the option for boiled eggs and a sausage or bacon sandwich. Kindly sorted a parking space on the property as I think it was a quiet night. But there’s also a huge car park on the other side of the building.
More to do at the property than we realised. The communal area is brilliant. Don’t waste your money in the arcades as there’s loads to do at the hotel: pool, air hockey, table tennis, old school games table (pac man etc), sound system to choose your own music.
