"Helpful and friendly couple. Great location."

"This Little inn in the harbor of Portsmouth was so charming! Jeremy was the best and took very good care of us. The breakfast was impeccable and our room was adorable. I would highly recommend this little gem."

"Friendly and helpful staff."

"In the elevator of this hotel is a big sign requesting a five star review, however no one at this establishment puts any effort into Five Star service. Upon checking in the reception did not advise us that the restaurant was open for dinner or that breakfast was available. We were not told that our room included a free upgraded WiFi. "Very nice, clean room with very helpful staff. Choice of pillows and a very comfortable, clean bed. The room was very warm, no Aircon but a fan was provided. The reception and breakfast room are in a different building, on a different road which was fine as the weather was dry. Buffet breakfast was great with good choice. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner which was also excellent. Staff were all extremely good. Would stay here again."

"For the price we got good value for our money"

We declined having the room cleaned the first day but never saw housekeeping again during our 3 nights stay. The front door needs painting a cheap fix, the lobby entrance needs painting. in the bar the exterior wall needs...
