"My goodness! After my absolutely horrific experience with GM Peter Kandel at the one in Dallas, i swore off ever staying at another Holiday Inn. I accidentally booked this hotel confusing it with Hilton Gardens South Pointe. Well my confusion led to an amazing experience! Christy is just the sweetest person! She is soo kind and wonderful and really went over and beyond to restore my faith in this brand. The hotel is much cleaner and a better atmosphere than the Hilton Gardens at Southpointe. I...

"Property is conveniently located near many amazing restaurants and fun things to do. Short drive to downtown Pittsburgh and other surrounding neighborhoods. Also staff is amazing but they do need additional staff to boost the cleanliness. Also has many amenities awesome pool and hot tub, best breakfast, and fitness center "

"Its a very clean, quiet place with a good breakfast, and a nice restaurant next door. The location is good to get to Pittsburgh, the airport and into Ohio, West Virginia and parts east. The workout room is good, and there are a lot of walking opportunities adjacent to the hotel."

"We booked based on the directional in the description that it was walkable to a nearby attraction. I guess technically anything is walkable if you’re open to a long distance. But alas it was not as close as indicated. It’s also behind another hotel on a dead end road next to the highway. Hotel was quiet and the room was sufficient. Nice to have a kitchen that did come in handy. "

"Scott the hotel manager is absolutely the most WONDERFUL person ever. He has made this stay SO enjoyable! I will be highly recommending this place due to him making it super friendly and inviting! The location is also great! Directly across the road from the Tanger Outlets! Easy access towards the Casino as well if you are into that sort of thing! They are also going to be renovating soon, so this location will be even more beautiful! "

"Nice option to stay close to the airport. Has a lot of stores nearby, including a mall. The hotel is peaceful, great staff, and has a good bar. The city center was not really close, but that wasn’t part of our plans. Overall a great experience!! "
