"Easy check-in and out. Room was updated and large. Very clean room and bathroom. Dining was easy and good. Service in dining areas and around the hotel were excellent. Kind and friendly workers. "
"I had the best stay here while in town visiting my son at the BAFB. Every staff member was absolutely amazing. They were all friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for me. Definitely will be my go to place to stay for any future visits. The rooms were great and very clean with comfortable beds. Honestly though, the staff above everything, made this place amazing for me and for that I’m very grateful. "
"Everything was great and felt safe.
Only dislike was they only put two sets of towels for four people. I had to bathe and dry off with wash cloth and other adult used hand towel to bathe and dry off."
"The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities was clean except the vent in the bathroom leaked rust and the air vent did not work. The casino was too smokey."
"So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. "
"I don’t mind that it’s a dog friendly place but we didn’t like the fact that the dog in the room next door was “wining “ at 6 in the morning and woke us up and kept us awake. Next time move them to a room with nobody else around them "
