"Overall, it was a great resort experience. The buggy service can take 10–15 minutes at times, and we had to wait on a few occasions. Without the buggy, getting around isn’t practical due to the distance between villas. The buffet food was excellent, and both the kids’ facilities and private pools were a highlight. The resort is also conveniently located close to many attractions. Language can be a bit of a challenge, as around 80% of the staff have limited English, but this seems to be common across Vietnam."

"Room was very basic but was overall ok. Bed was hard. Very limited English and the comprehension of staff was hard. Limited drinks and pool closed early at 7:30pm. Resort ran out of a lot of basic stuff like pepsi. Close to mini mart across the road but Grand world itself was very underwhelming. Needs to be more exclusive shops and eateries "
