"When checking in, the lady was not very friendly or informative. I had to ask where our room was on the property. She didn’t share that the ice maker was out of order and that we had to go to the office for bagged ice. We asked for restaurants in the area and she seems bothered by the question: “Closest is 15 minutes away”. Had to ask about the pool hours and again she was put out with our request, placing wristbands on the counter with no explanation. The second shift girl and morning girl were...

"While the staff was extremely helpful, the property lacked in maintenance. Bathroom lights around mirror were halfway working. The juice machine in breakfast area was broken. Trash containers both outside and inside were full."

"This was a convenient location for a one night stay off main street in Rosswell as a tourist. The front desk clerk was nice and check in was quick. They offer free juice and coffee. You park your car parallel in front of the door. We were right my ice and laundry. Unfortunately the ice machine was not working when we needed it in the morning. No one was at the front desk for check out. We put our key in the box. I forgot food in the fridge so I was unable to go back to the room and get it...

"Very clean stay! We are pickyyy when it comes to the cleanliness of a hotel and this was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed. Has a great spread for breakfast, not much to eat from walking distance but a small drive will give you many options. There is a movie theater next door which would have been a fun option time permitting."
