"This was a unique opportunity to stay in a castle. There are a lot of stairs. However, Amber, at the front desk made the whole stay wonderful. She took us up with a 1920 original elevator with our luggage. The castle has claims of paranormal activity but, we did not experience anything unusual. We had a window looking out at the harbor which was a welcome sight to wake up to. Very quiet and fun little beach just steps down from our room. Short walk to two local and fun cafes. No elevator so you need to be able to carry your belongings upstairs or ask for the first floor.
