Absolutely nothing to fault - luxury villa's, attentive service, plenty of space, not too many people, great food - and the location and views are superb.

Was good but too many people in breakfast and sometimes was not comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beach was very nice and quiet.

Our family of three (husband, myself and 7 year old daughter), have just returned from an almost two week stay at Kimpton Kitalay. We had an incredible time at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and we loved the nightly treats whether it’s a face mask or toffees. There is always an attendant in your block of rooms if you need extra towels or a quick refresh. Have just returned from a 6 night stay at the Anantara and it exceeded our expectations in all respects. I think the Thai people are one of the nicest peoples in the world and when combined with the superb service at the Anantara, it is a recipe for a marvellous holiday. The staff really were fantastic - they couldn't have been any better. I think for a short stay of up to a week or so then the Anantara can't be beaten - for a longer stay I might possibly choose one of the hotels further...

Fantastic resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and could not fault the accommodation. The breakfast and location was outstanding. Overall extremely impressive.

I'm not normally one for writing reviews, however on this occasion it would be unfair to all the team there not to. I stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't find 1 single fault with anything, ALL the staff there are absolutely amazing, I wish I could take my staff there to demonstrate how customers/guests should be treated, regardless what position they hold there, they go out of the way to acknowledge you. Have just spent a week in a tropical pool villa at this new resort. It is a truly 5 star experience. A personal butler attends to your every need (Max: you were outstanding). The food is excellent: beginning with a historic breakfast including oysters and champagne. The staff are delightful and attentive, the facilities excellent, the setting beautiful. This has been a lovely week. The hotel is just lovely and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Koyao Island Resort is the most relaxing place we have ever stayed. An excellent hotel, with nice pool and gym, situated close to the beach. The resort is located either side of a road with part actually fronting the beach. The food is exceptionally good with a great choice. Staff friendly and attentive.

My wife and I booked a last minute deal inc flights and we were very pleased with the outrigger. The hotel was great and had just 59 villas with no high rise which we do not like. Amazing pools, swim up bar and its own beach. The staff were amazing - particularly Rory and Jeffrey who went out of their way to make you comfortable.
