"This is probably my 6th or 7th stay here. Each of my previous stays were very good. This time was different. Upon arrival, the toilet seat was not connected and fell onto the floor. I picked up the phone in the room to report the issue and the phone did not work. I walked to the front desk and reported this. A maintenance guy came by the next day but I was using the shower and asked him to come back. I don't believe he could understand English very well. Anyway, he never returned. On my last day, which was added to my stay, I asked the front desk to make sure the room was cleaned on that day. It was not cleaned and the Hsk Manager told me that my room was marked as "do not clean". I know the lady at the front desk asked me if I wanted the room cleaned and I responded "yes". The morning of my departure, I went to have breakfast. When I returned to my room, the door key card did not work. I went to the front desk and they "reset" it. I went back to my room and it still did not work so I went back to the front desk to report. The lady checked again and assured me the key card was good. Again, it did not work. I asked one of the housekeepers if they could open for me but they only called their supervisor, which I understood. The supervisor came by and the door did not open. She responded that she could not open it and it was locked from the inside. I asked her if I was supposed to just leave my belongings there??? 15 min later, I was let in my maintenance."
