"Staff was very friendly. They did ask if this was my first stay there, it was. No one bothered to tell us that we had to scan our room card in the elevator to be able to go up, we thought the elevator was broken. As we were getting out, another guest had to be the one to tell us. Also, the doors to the bathroom needed to be fixed and no fan in the bathroom sucked. We tried the coffee the next morning and it was so weak we had to pour it out. Definitely recommend different coffee pods. The shower head sucked, not adjustable. But other than that, it was a nice stay"

"We loved this hotel. The owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Property was very well maintained. Rooms were very clean and nice-smelling. It’s very obvious that they take pride in their hotel. Air conditioning was excellent. The owners/ staff were even taking a towel and wiping water that was on the sidewalk to rooms! Conveniently located off the interstate. Lots of choices to choose from for eating within 5 minutes or so. Several convenience stores and gas stations are within 5 minutes. Indoor pool was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is served and was good. Beds were so comfortable. It’s up on a hill and the view is beautiful. Rooms are soundproof. The whole place and parking lot is very well lit at night. We felt safe coming in after dark. Parking lot is monitored. Has 3 floors. Smoking area in front of where you check in. And the price per room is very reasonable for a very clean nice room, we will always book this hotel for every visit to Chattanooga from now on. We highly recommend this hotel. Pet friendly. Non-smoking rooms. Best staff I’ve seen. Thank you for making our stay perfect."

"Had a great stay in the 1.5 bedroom cabin was perfect for the 3 of us and 2 small dogs. The front desk was super friendly and helpful when we needed our card reprogrammed. The shuttle services to the caverns was extremely convenient. Super cute property."

"A Hidden Gem! The Perfect Romantic Getaway! What an absolutely wonderful place to stay! We stayed in Room 9, and the views were just beautiful! Our room was spotless, the bed was SUPER comfortable, and the charming decor gave everything such a cozy, homey feel. The entire property was so quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect romantic getaway for couples! It's such a lovely place to escape the everyday hustle and bustle, relax, and enjoy some quality time together. It was also beautifully decorated for fall, which made it even more inviting! The views from the hot tub were absolutely amazing, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We also loved having a complimentary breakfast right on the property. Such a nice touch! And can we talk about their homemade haircare products and body wash?! We loved them so much that we actually purchased some to bring home! This property is truly a GEM! You can tell a lot of love and care goes into making it special. It's the perfect little romantic retreat, and I am SO glad we found this slice of heaven! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will absolutely be back! ❤️"
