"The rooms and building are nice and clean Staff was wonderful at times, but very brusk at others. We were very disappointed to have a very simple breakfast buffet as opposed to the made to order breakfast stated in our reservation. "

"The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was because I thought the breakfast seemed underwhelming. I didn’t really enjoy the scrambled eggs. Turkey Sausage was ok. Honestly would still highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is not a super priority for me but if it is for you, don’t expect fabulous. The staff are absolutely amazing!"

"We arrived late on a very cold windy night and the young man at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. When I asked if there were tea bags in the room he said there were but that he could make me a cup as well. I so appreciated his overall thoughtfulness that one doesn’t see much any more, and of course the great cup of tea!"

"There was lots of parking. The room was clean, although it did smell a bit Smokey. There was no coffee maker in the room which I thought there was supposed to be. I could be wrong. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. We made use of the jacuzzi tub which was nice."

"Didnt use the laundry. The exterior was being renovated so they appear to be putting mo ey back into the place. Staff were friendly. It was winter when I stayed there. The heater worked very well. Lots of parking. Food places, mostly fast food, in the area seem to close around 11pm-12am. "

"I was concerned about the state of repair of room 318 based on my last stay, and asked to see the room before I registered. It looked OK so imagine my shock when I got into bed late at night and found the mattress was broken and I was sliding off while trying to sleep. In the morning staff apologized but did not give me a discount."

"We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at this hotel. We traveled with 2 children and the facilities, staff and the room were very clean and comfortable. While everything was 5-star, if I point out only cons, there are two: we wished that the room was equipped with or we had access to a step stool as we had a small child with us, and the restraunt's good quality as pancakes and muffins were dry, bacon was too salty etc. But again, the staff's friendliness and hospitality made everything...
