"Very clean and located in central area for restaurants, shopping and views of the lake. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"We loved our stay, guy who works front at night, friendly and amazingly nice, gave everyone his full attention and assistance. Used the firepits both nights, made smores, met some great people, even had a bear get into our trunk, even though we took all food out as asked! "Ok"

"Well everything was excellent except our bed was broken from the rail of the bed, kept us up off and on thru the night! Also the Expedia listing says 3pm check in but actually when I showed up they said it’s actually 4pm, I chose Bally’s for the earlier check in. The manager Elaine did give me the parking and early check in fee back $45 but did not offer me any compensation for the rough sleep of the old broken bed. That was my first and last time for Bally’s done!"

"There room was nice perfectly placed with furniture. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was kind, and helpful. Parking on the other hand I do t know why we pay for parking they should just give us guest parking passes so they know we’re staying there. Paying for parking is outragoues"

"Very comfortable stay and close to Casinos and Heavenly Village."
