"Easy check-in, even though I was hours late. Augustine, the concierge, was simply amazing! I forgot my travel adaptor, and he tried his best to look through the storage to find one. "Fantastic location (close to King's Cross and Russell Square stations) in a quiet area. My ensuite room was very clean and they provided towels and toiletries, you'll have to bring your own hairdryer though. Bed could be a little bit more comfortable but overall my stay was great. Friendly and helpful staff all around as well. The breakfast was a good option to have too and was very reasonably priced."

"I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money."
