"Hotel is clean and up to standard. Staff is friendly and helpful. The concierge guys are helpful one of the guys help me with my Taobao cancellation due to late delivery and he followed up with me just before i leave the hotel to airport. The location is awesome with Grandview mall beside and Parc Central opposite. Will come back again when I am back to Guangzhou 👍"

"This Hotel is very convenient to get around Guangzhou with eateries and shopping centre's around it. Getting to other parts of Guangzhou by using Line 1 and Line 3 of the Metro. "

"Air con not cool enough, the bathroom shower head was loose in room 1130, i was then transferred to room 1131 where the kitchen sink was tap was not working. Overall stay was ok."

"The bathroom was slippery. The room was clean. Mattresses could be a bit softer. Buffet was okay."

"while the hotel itself is conveniently located close to many good dining options and they have a shuttle service for the canton fair (big part of why we chose it), the wood finishings are starting to visibly decay. there was also an issue because despite saying they include a transfer service for the train station, we had to pay it separately and ended up being more expensive than if we had just called a taxi ourselves."
