"Road to property very rough"

"Habitación cómoda"

"Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything was newly updated. This hotel is very clean and quiet with a lot of parking space plus the parking lot was very well lit. The staff were very friendly and professional especially Logan the front desk personnel."

"The staff was genuinely kind and helpful. They actually seemed to care! Excellent stay!"

"What is the miscellaneous charge on the final bill? Ok $4.17 / night won't break me, but I don't like the non-specific description for the charge. The hotel is older and retains the '80's atmosphere. It's very clean and welcoming."

"Great location, clean and friendly."

"Upon registering at the Hotel, I truly believe that I was not assigned the room I reserved. I suspect this was due to the fac t that I had a service dog. I was greatly anticipating a room in the old section of this hotel with a river view. The room assigned was marginally adequate. There were NO amenities in the room. Some of the furnishings were worn and old. The room was smaller than anticipated. Bathroom are was extremely small and the shower was even smaller - prompting one to literally...

"The best host! The Anne Suite is so romantic. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this property"

"The rooms were large and comfortable. Our room had an in room hot tub, which we unfortunately didn’t stay long enough to use. The room had a nice mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was large and well- lit with unique walk in shower with great water pressure and hot water. The beds were comfortable with a selection of pillows. Nice tv with easy to use remote. They had a tiny indoor pool, which was no matter to us, but some reviewers seem very bothered by! The free breakfast was very small...

"This time we had a bad experience the rooms smell pretty bad. We found cigarettes buds. It’s time for some remodeling on the carpets"

"Would stay again."

"Very nice facility and room was very clean. All the staff were very pleasant with exception of blond lady working front desk. Not very personable to guests or staff."

"Room was clean and in good condition although the was older and needed renewed"

"To have a cabin instead of just a room is a plus no matter how you look at it. It is in a setting that makes you feel like you’re in the woods!"

"It is very nice and the staff was wonderful."

"Very nice little place in Jamestown. Clean room and very nice staff."
