"Excellent stay at Crown Plaza in Harrogate. The location is good and it is within walking distance distance of the town centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent with good choice , tasty food and brilliant service. Loved the breakfast buffet. Will definitely return."

"What a lovely location by the river! Having York previously and noticed the Roomzz we thought we would give it a try. We were not disappointed- checking in was easy and friendly, and on site parking easily arranged with the reception staff on arrival- great to be close to the city but still have parking space available. We had booked for a room with a river view and it was really lovely! Our room was clean, bright and well equipped. The croissants and drinks for breakfast time were a lgreat added touch, although we did think a little butter or jam for them would have been nice. We were there for a 4 day stay however so could have provided our own condiments with the fridge available in the room- but for an overnight or shorter stay we thought this would have added a finishing touch. The foyer area was bright, pleasant and friendly and nice to sit for breakfast or evening if you wanted time out of your room, also a lovely outside area. There were plenty of added extras available to buy for snacks, meals or breakfasts in your room too. The staff were friendly and there was someone available 24hours if needed. The location is perfect for being near to the city- it was easy to walk in to the city and explore the shops, sights and history, but also a lovely location to wander away from the hustle and bustle for a quiet and scenic river walk, with lots of signposted cafe stops along the way if you wanted them. We has a fantastic stay and would hands down use roomzz again!"

"This hotel is in a great spot we had delux room it over looked the river and you could see the minster. Room lovely and breakfast was very nice . Parked easy in car park attached £20 you pay at hotel when leaving .much cheaper than a lot of places in York . Had a good weekend . Would return for sure 4 stars"
