"Only thing that not really satisfied was the breakfast we stayed here for 4days and all same menu except Monday added with another dish. That’s the only I would suggest to atleast change the set of menu everyday."

"The breakfast was excellent, good choices, good quality, really enjoyed the breakfast.
The room was great as well, nice spacious rooms, very clean and well maintained.
The only challenge we had was arriving at the airport, and I called directly from the plane as soon as we landed, and it took almost an hour for them to come and pick us up. The person at the office blamed it on construction, but we didn’t see any. Anyways, we survived, but it was a late night."

"Lobby, elevator dirty ,spills not cleaned for hours, towel left for a day by vending machine , room carpets disgusting we cleaned spilt water towel turned black worst I’ve ever seen stains threw out the room had to ask front desk for towels every time you used the pool, took a hour to get coffee station refilled and lady was supper rude"

"First time here, the staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, a little dated but still functional. Odd part was there wasn’t enough towel hooks for a family of 6 to dry their shower towels. Only one on the back of the bathroom door. "The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, the shampoo in the shower was empty, and even after requesting a refill from the staff, no one came to refill it. The lotion also had an unusual/different smell.
Aside from these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the clean and spacious room."

"Stayed Saturday and the place was outrun with wedding guests. The facility is old and tired. The rooms are okay but furnishing lacks care as there was only one club chair with king size bed. Not very good for a couple. Big room but it seems lacking. The location is very convenient and we found it easy to access highways."

"We requested early check in but staff were unwilling to accommodate. Wanted us to pay extra $50. We were driving from Edmonton to Calgary then further to lake Louise. We had to get ready in a public washroom to attend an event in Lake Louise. I will never book with this hotel again."
