"Summer heat dome...I guess what...there was AIR Acconditioning and a FRIDGE! (Not even some 4 stars have fridge!) what a surprise! Room was clean, all amenities available, and above all great helpful staff. Location great as it suits the traveller that needs carpark at an amazing room price. I wouldn't switch from Premiere Hotels Chain. Enjoy your stay!"

"The room was small but adequate . The air conditioner wasn’t working , only blew hot air and as it had been 27 degrees that day it was a very hot unpleasant night . We had to sleep with window open , the road noise was awful and the a car alarm went off . We hardly slept . The light switch on the bedside light was broken so I couldn’t switch it on to read . All in all an awful night with not much sleep . With a very long drive back to the uk the next day it wasn’t ideal . Teception was closed...

"Keine Steckdose im Bad, kein Föhn, widersprüchliche Angaben zu den Öffnungszeiten (17 bzw. 18 Uhr). Kleine Zimmer und die leider sehr laut, was durch den Verkehr und an der Toilettenspülung der Nachbarn lag. Das Frühstück war okay."

"Our room was really run-down. When you enter the hotel, there‘s this strange smell that you go through, carpets everywhere. Breakfast was good, however only offered till 9.30. It‘s up on a hill - meaning that it‘s a difference in altitude of about 160 m to Rouen downtown. On the positiv side, it‘s quiet and right next to a large supermarket. Parking is available. "This rates as one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Located in the very center of the old city. Walking distance to everything. Secure onsite parking, spacious modern room and a very large enclosed shower. The double bed was wonderful- not two twins pushed together like so often the case. I would highly recommend!"
