Great room. Approx 12 mins walk from train station but a good 25 mins walk from the marina and approx 20 mins walk to central market. Host was good, check in was smooth, sometimes took a lot of time to get response from the host but rest wonderful.

It’s a great place for a home base. Estimated mile to the marina. It is off the main road and is extremely loud! Be aware of that but it is a super comfortable bed and everything was so clean. Only downside they could not store luggage after check out but there are a lot of storage options around Sorrento. Once we made contact upon arrival they were very responsive. Highly recommend!

After a 10-night stay, I feel prospective guests should know what the overwhelmingly positive reviews don’t mention. This operates more like an Airbnb than a hotel. After a long flight and taxi ride, my wife and I arrived exhausted and waited 45 MINUTES on the curb in nearly 30°C heat before someone arrived to let us in. A terrible first impression. We received ONE electronic key, which also controls the room’s electricity—extremely inconvenient if one person leaves while the other stays. This benefits ownership, not the guest. Basic housekeeping is only every other day, and even one of those days was skipped. Worse, despite displaying “DO NOT DISTURB,” the housekeeper repeatedly knocked and woke my wife. The property sits directly on a very noisy main road, with traffic audible late into the night. Piazza Tasso is about a 20-minute walk, taxis were problematic, and the jacuzzi has so many rules that we simply didn’t bother using it. Positives: the host is polite, there’s a very good pizza shop downstairs, some decent restaurants nearby, and the train/bus station is about 15 minutes away. We chose this property because it was cost-effective and seemed practical. We regret that decision. Many glowing reviews appear to be from short stays, where these shortcomings may be less noticeable. Over 10 nights, they certainly were not. Wish we had known these realities before booking. We will choose different accommodations on our next visit to Sorrento and would not stay again.

It took a while someone to answer the door upon arrival, but once they did, they were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was newly renovated, clean, spacious and everything worked. Recommended, stay without hesitation.

Room had dirty cute tips on the hair on the sink ,spiders on walls. Dirty couches with hair n dirt om them . I dont recommend this place it it not 4 star or 3 star .it's an apartment so they wil not give you another one. Then can't reach host. I had to pay for another hotel to stay at.

Novamente a hotéis.com vende propriedade de locação como hotel. Já não gostei disso. Sobre o Pallazzo Mauro: mal indicado o endereço para chegar. O Google Maps não achou o endereço. Era em um portão pequeno perdido. O quarto muito bem decorado e bonito mas a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Cafeteira suja e não deu coragem de usar. Toalhas de banho bem desgastadas. Não trocaram as toalhas na arrumação. Tivemos que pedir a troca no dia seguinte. O chuveiro não saía água pela ducha principal, somente por um chuveirinho auxiliar. Pedi para arrumar, não fomos atendidos. Precisam melhorar muito para receber hóspedes.
