We had a very cozy room with a small terrace which we enjoyed every day. Breakfast was served from 8-10 every morning with a wide array of foods, from bacon, eggs and yogurt to fresh pastries, fruit and even tiramisu! Plus delicious coffees/cappuccinos made to order. Our room was cleaned every day as well! Truly an exceptional stay!

Convenient location, easy walk to lots of things but away from the superbusy areas. Room was clean and quiet, strong A/C, great water pressure in the shower. Loved the balcony with a partial view of the bay. The most notable thing was the service, not only the extensive breakfast spread (give them notice the day before for a takeaway bag!) but the staff is so friendly and helpful with recommendations on things to do/see/eat. We really felt hosted by them, rather than just having a place to sleep. Would definitely stay here again!

The most charming experience in Italy.

I was nervous because this was a smaller hotel. However, don’t let that concern you. They have a full staff, they are helpful, polite and very accommodating. This place was absolutely fantastic. The room and terrace was amazing. Very well maintained. This was my favorite place of our whole trip to Italy. Quick and easy to get to from the train station. Located near shops and eateries. Again the staff is wonderful. You will love this place. Book it!

Nous avons été déçus car nous n'avons trouvé rien d'exceptionnel contrairement aux avis énoncés. D'une part, sa situation géographique n'a rien d'unique (un immeuble dans la ville uniquement pratique car près du centre ville), d'autre part, la vue du balcon donne sur des immeubles, quelques arbres, et des rails de chemin de fer. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, ce qui nous paraît normal. Nous avons réservé la chambre avec sauna que nous pensions être un sauna norvégien, mais en fait, il s'agit d'un sauna dans la douche qui de plus n'a pas fonctionné. Tyler, la personne très sympathique qui nous a accueilli, a gentiment annulé la panne pour une nouvelle mise en fonctionnement, malheureusement, la panne s'est reproduite, nous n'avons pas voulu le déranger à nouveau et nous n'avons donc pas bénéficié du sauna. Nous avons passé 5 jours à Sorrento, mais une seule nuit à Luiselle Charming car l'hôtel précédent était complet pour cette dernière nuit (il s'agissait d'un hôtel ****, avec vue sur la mer pour 21 euros de + la nuitée). Concernant le petit déjeuner rien de particulier également, il est tout à fait normal. Concrètement, nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité-prix de cette chambre ordinaire, dont la nuitée s'est élevée à 350,40 euros, exorbitant et non justifié.

Se pudesse daria nota 1000 para a hospedagem. Ficamos muito felizes com tudo, quarto maravilhoso, atendimento impecável, café da manhã variado e muito bom. Sem dúvidas foi a melhor hospedagem que tivemos na nossa viagem toda pela Itália. No nosso último dia, tivemos que sair muito cedo e não íamos tomar o café da manhã, a secretária gentilmente nos deixou um café para a viagem a porta. Muita atenção e carinho Luiselle Sorrento surpreendeu demais.

This place is amazing. All of the staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is awesome and fresh and Carmela is a star. If we come back we would stay here again.

Muy, muy, recomendable

Alojamiento muy acogedor, con toque familiar. Todo muy nuevo y muy cómodo. El desayuno lo preparan ellos (bizcochos y tartas caseras). Viajamos en mi cumpleaños y nos dejaron una botella de vino como regalo. Además está al lado de la estación de tren y del centro de Sorrento. Muy, muy, recomendable

A Perfect Place to Stay in Sorrento

There was nothing that could be faulted about the Luiselle. The staff were friendly and courteous - and also very helpful. The décor is lovely, the atmosphere excellent, location superb - and the breakfasts were awesome. If we were going on an excursion which left prior to breakfast starting we always received an excellent cut lunch to take with us. The location is also perfect. Although the traffic in the busy road below was quite noisy the double-glazing worked a treat!

El lugar es limpio con detalles de agradable decoración. Todo al detalle, moderno. El desayuno muy bueno! Con productos típicos caseros! Riquísimo el tiramisu de Andrea! Todos muy amables y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. Lo único negativo es que el pago es en efectivo. Pero cómo no contábamos con eso pues no nos habían avisado con anterioridad. alojamiento único y diferente que debes probar.

somos 4 amigos que viajamos por el mundo siempre juntos y realmente quedamos encantados con el hotel, comodidad, limpieza, la calidad del servicio en especial de la persona mas generosa , colaboradora y que da el encanto y te hace sentirte como en tu propia casa que es andrea, sin él no veriamos el sitio de la misma manera. volveriamos una y mil veces , un sitio diferente con un concepto de alojamiento diferente que te ofrece un modo de estar fuera de casa como si estuvieras en la tuya. Gracias andrea, por tu amistad, desayunos , informacion, hacernos reir y demás cosas. el alojamiento es tranquilo, 5 habitaciones amplias y cómodas, cerca de todo, del centro, del autobús, del tren, te informan de todo cuanto necesites, te lo facilitan todo, andrea te hace unos desayunos diferentes cada dia te sorprende con una cosa y tienes a tu disposición todo el dia la cocina con te, cafe, galletas, fruta, etc. mejor imposible.

Cute place in great location

This was our favorite stay out of the five places we went to in Italy. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was outstanding, and the location was ideal (being close to the train station and within close walking distance to the main square). I would highly recommend staying here!!!
