Amazing service and modern, clean and quiet room! I liked how close it was to the train station and downtown Sorrento. There is even a laundry Mart just up the road. We would stay here again!

We arrived via Naples and then got a transfer to Sorrento, arriving at the train station. The property is less than a 5 minute walk away so very convenient when bringing luggage and for excursions, most of which pick up/drop off in the same area. There are companies at the station who offer excursions as well (Pompeii, Amalfi coast etc) and the marina for ferries to Ischia, Capri etc is about a 15 minute walk away. The property is in a gated area so felt secure and although on one of the main streets in town we weren't disturbed by noise at all. The main tourist area with the majority of shopping & dining is only a few minutes walk away so the property is really well positioned. The room itself was very clean and tidy with balcony, shower, large and comfortable bed, TV, safe, hairdryer, small ironing board (iron available on request), small fridge, and kettle. The room was serviced daily. We had no complaints about the room and any queries were dealt with quickly by Michele, who runs the place, and could always be contacted by WhatsApp if he wasn't on site. He made our stay really special as he was so friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations - I can't rate him highly enough. We did experience a bit of noise from the property upstairs which Michele was quick to deal with but there's as much a chance of that in any other hotel or AirBnb and it wasn't the fault of this property. I'd certainly be very happy to stay here again if we came back to Sorrento.

Super well located, well run boutique hotel. Close to main square and restaurants. Michelle the owner was extremely helpful in arranging day trips of Amalfi coast, Pompeii etc. Room was sizeable and airy, with own private balcony seating.

Stayed in 6 places in Italy at a similar price point and this was greatly overpriced. Similar to an Airbnb as front desk rarely occupied so contact by text though they did answer promptly and some issues were not resolved until the following day. Pleasant manager. Our half used water bottle was put back in fridge instead of replenishing with a new bottle. Bathroom sink doesn’t drain. Only one Powdered coffee provided for the two of us. Coffee spoon left dirty and not cleaned from the day before. Does have a large balcony. Ran out of toilet paper on two occasions. Did not even replace the used paper cups in the bathroom. Mirrors not clean. No towels given on one day. Ironing board but no iron. Location good near a grocery store. Dark, quiet. Plug in for phone in bed frame didn’t work needed to ask for an extension cord to run across room.

Staying at Diamond Suites made our trip stress free and were able to have memorable vacation in Sorrento and The Amalfi Coast. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and three minutes away from the train station, which is perfect if you are taking the express train from and to Naples. Michele was very attentive and always available for any inquiries we had and gave us multiple recommendations of places to visit and eat.

Everything was excellent, the hotel is near everywhere and it is very confortable to be at 3 minutes to the train station. The bathroom is big and clean, the bed is awesome! Michele is a kind host too! The only thing to improve would be to give slippers to the guests, because you can hear the footsteps from the other rooms.

Sorrento's Gem.

Excellent stay,perfect if arriving by bus or train as just around the corner from both arrival points. Gated and secure accomodation just off the main street. Room spotless and cleaned daily. Fantastic little hotel in a central location. Beautifully appointed rooms - elegant and stylish design, comfortable bed and bedding, great lighting, towel heater in bathroom, and a steam shower. The balcony was large and perfect for having a meal/snack or relaxing in the afternoon sun with a drink. Valet parking service was a breeze. Michele is a wonderful and gracious host who goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Excellent hotel that I’d recommend to others and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at again. The best place to stay in Sorrento

Michele was an amazing host. He was welcoming, friendly and made us feel at home in Diamond Suite. The room was stunning. Everything was super clean and had a luxury feel to it. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Location wise, it couldn't be more central. A very short walk to the train station and main shopping street, bars and restaurants. As it's tucked away from the main road you are not disturbed by any noise from outside. We will definitely stay again if we return to Sorrento.

I loved my stay here. Michele was extremely welcoming, helpful, and you can tell he truly cares. I especially appreciated the effort he made to help me find the suite, without being asked, he sent very detailed instructions and made it super easy to locate, which relieved some stress for me after a long travel day. The suite (green room) was modern, clean, spacious, and in a really convenient location. I especially found the bed to be quite comfortable (I slept for 10hrs straight one night). As a young solo female traveler I felt very safe here, and found this place to be much better than the suites I had stayed at prior to arriving in Sorrento. I can’t recommend this place enough!
