"Excellent staff. Staff made many reservations for us, private transports, private full day boat tour of Capri, and restaurant reservations. All were outstanding. We already had booked an upgraded room, so we did not need an upgrade upon arrival. Overall our experience was excellent."

"La atención es excelente, el check in no duró más de 5 minutos y siempre fueron todos los de la recepción muy amables. El cuarto era moderno, con una amplia terraza y baño. La ubicación es perfecta y tienes restaurantes y tiendas. Pedimos recomendación para cenar en un lugar no turístico y nos recomendaron uno que estaba muy rico y con una vista a toda la Marina. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Flora. The hotel is modern, accessible, and in a great location—just a short 7–10 minute walk to the center of Sorrento. We were pleasantly upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite with breathtaking views of the volcano and ocean. The staff were friendly, though service could be a bit more polished. Overall, a wonderful property with stunning views and an ideal location."
