"This place is fantastic , very well located and easy to access all of the village. The room is well furnished and comfortable.
However the best part is Loris , she is very helpful and enthusiastic and goes the extra way to help .

"This was the perfect location to stay for a retreat and also for a day trip into Cinque Terre. We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced.
Their customer service is exceptional, going above and beyond in every way. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given complimentary DELICIOUS snacks by the pool.

"I have got the room 114 at first floor.
It should not be a room for human living. It ‘s like sitting in the street. Cannot sleep whole night. I can hear everyone in the street talking including the car engine. The heater is not working also. This hotel should not be acquired by trip advisor. It is very disappointment."
"As the first guests here we were blown away by the new suites and facilities. Beautiful rooms, spacious and have everything you would need, state of the art tech and interior design was lovely. The view over the marina and water was spectacular. The restaurant served beautiful food. We struggled with the language barrier a little. We need to polish up our Italian. There was a lovely cafe and bar we used in the daytime and evening for food and drinks. The

"Stayed here to visit cinque Terre as well as boat around the sea. The Poet is a quick walk to the train station and also close to some great restaurants and areas to walk/shop. Hotel is clean and staff were very kind. Rooms are climate controlled and wash refreshing to walk into a cool room at the end of the day. Loved the balcony from the room. Just know that breakfast isn’t included. "
"Stayed here for 5 nights with my Family of 6. The hotel staff and service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay. The room only had 1 washroom for 6 people which was challenging. The pool was large and not busy. Their roof top restaurant was definitely worth trying. The view and the food were both excellent. The beach club the hotel recommended and booked was right across the street and easy to access. "
