We have had a perfect holiday in Cala Bona, thank you hotel Floriana. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of options during lunch and evening meals. Also able to help yourself to soft drinks and ice cream throughout the day which was perfect. The whole area of the hotel is spotless and every member of staff we met were helpful and friendly. There is also a variety of pools and animation team went above and beyond every night to keep children entertained. Plenty of activities throughout the day also and just a 5 minute walk from the beach. It’s also a lovely walk in to Cala Millor along the coast. We found the location of the hotel perfect as it was only a 5 minute walk into the main strip, which was busier but still a nice relaxed vibe. It was nice to be at a hotel that was quieter at night and away from the busier part of Cala Bona. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough and will definitely be back. We had a perfect family holiday.

Service to help carry bags up and down the stairs would have been helpful because hurting my back at the start of the vacation is not a good start. That being said, they easily had the best, most friendly, most helpful staff across the board. Day trips can be planned with the hotel pickup but the actual pickup spots are 5-10mins walk away. Something to keep in mind. All inclusive was very cost effective especially if you are in a large group. But it is limited to specific timeslots of availability. But the option in those timeslots are varied so one can easily get enough. This is a kids friendly resort, so keep that in mind. We didn't mind it but other couples might not. We might go back there as a group with kids but probably not as a couple to try to experience more mature entertainment options and facilities.

Good price for mid-range hotel. (Clean, spacious, courteous staff)

Good size rooms. There were lots of German clients, but that didn't bother us. Location OK. Didn't use restaurant at all, we preferred to eat out. Also used the kitchenette(kettle, toaster, two rings, fridge) for breakfast and some lunches. Beds in bedroom really big and comfy, although our sons sofabed in lounge was very hard - but he still slept.

Hôtel très propre. Le personnel est très agréable. Le buffet est très bon et diversifié, surtout le soir. (avis donné par un Français qui aime la bonne nourriture). Le midi c'est plus réduit mais c'est bien. L'insonorisation des chambres est médiocre mais pas pire que dans les hôtels espagnols.

A estadia estava muito limpa, organizada e bem estruturada, gostamos bastante do tempo que estivemos por lá. Um ponto de melhoria seria o atendimento via telefone, muitas vezes ligávamos para perguntar algumas coisas e desligavam o telefone por não entender a língua. Outro ponto é que a limpeza do hotel é feita muito cedo, por volta de 8:00/8:30h e nesse horário ainda não tínhamos saído do apartamento e pedimos para voltar depois, tendo como resposta que não poderia e perderíamos a limpeza daquele dia. No geral, é um ótimo lugar, mesmo sendo afastado de todas as principais praias de Mallorca.

Wir waren nun schon das dritte Mal im Floriana und es hat uns wieder wirklich gut gefallen. Das Hotel war gut und man merkt, dass sich das Team große Mühe gibt, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend – ein großes Lob dafür! Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir unser altes Zimmer wiederbekommen haben, wie wir es bei der Buchung angegeben hatten. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und stets lecker, sodass jeder etwas Passendes gefunden hat. Auch bei den Getränken gab es eine gute Auswahl, und die Hotelbar war wirklich top – das Personal dort war sehr fix, und es hat nie lange gedauert, bis man ein neues Getränk bekommen hat. Das fanden wir richtig gut. Auch wenn es „nur“ ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel ist, bekommt man hier viel geboten – sowohl beim Service als auch beim Komfort. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Außenbereich: Die Anlage ist nicht mehr neu, dies ist an mancher Ecke der Außenbereiche sichtbar (defekte Fliesen am Pool, wackelige Geländer im Treppenhaus, wackelige Tische), werden aber mit viel Personal und Mühe betrieben. Die Begrünung ist wunderschön groß gewachsen und bietet besonders im Bereich des Kinderpools mit dem Segelschiff meistens natürlichen Schatten und schaffen ein angenehmes Ambiente. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit dem Außenbereich. Animation, Abendprogramm: Die Animation für die Kinder ist von der Qualität her durchwachsen, aber das ist auch Geschmackssache. Für Kinder, die weder Englisch noch Spanisch sprechen, ist die Verständigung schwierig. Das Abendprogramm ist ebenfalls mal ganz nett mit Live-Musik, auch wenn diese meist nur „Radiohits“ spielt und keine authentische Musik. Die anderen Kunstschaffenden (Messerwerfer, Zauberer) wirkten etwas aus der Zeit gefallen und ungewollt albern. Teilweise läuft tagsüber gleichzeitig laute Musik von Bar und Pool. Hat man ein Zimmer in der Nähe der Bühne und der Bar, ist es bis spät abends (23Uhr) durchgehend sehr laut durch die Musik, Shows, Moderation. Die Lieder variieren hier wenig. Essen/All-Inklusive: Das Büffet ist groß, die Speisen ansprechend serviert. Für Vegetarierer/Veganer geringes Angebot, daher hier keine Empfehlung für diese Ernährungsform. Umgebung und Hotel sind sehr auf britische Touristen ausgelegt. Wer authentisches spanisches Flair sucht, sollte lieber ein anderes Hotel buchen.

Prima hotel, als je vijf sterren gewend bent zou ik hier niet naar toe gaan. Personeel deed goed z’n best. Veel gericht op Duits publiek. Erg kleine zwembaden. Schoonmaak was goed. Helaas geen strandlakens te leen, moet je zelf meenemen. Eten veel hetzelfde, maar wel prima. Wel jammer dat ouders hun jonge kinderen zelf het eten laten pakken waardoor de hygiëne uitbleef. Leuk dat je gratis fietsen kan lenen.

Et helt ok opphold, men de levde på ingen måte opp til forventningene. Harde senger og helt ubrukelig sittegruppe i stue. Strategisk av de å plassere all inclusive gjester i bygningen lengst unna snack barer. Snack barene har kun et begrenset utvalg av billig is, to typer saftis, pinup og en kroneis, slush, pils og brus. Altså helt ubrukelig om en har med seg små barn som ikke skal ha sukker. Hotellet har veldig mange regler ifht reservering av solsenger etc, men ingen følger de. Dette resulterer i at de som prøver å følge reglene ender opp uten solsenger. De forskjellige buffetene har masse fersk og god mat, kan ikke klage her mtp

Alles in allem eine schöne Anlage. Die Zimmer sind sehr minimalistisch gehalten und stark in die Jahre gekommen, auf dem Betten kann man nur schwer schlafen, da sie sehr hart sind und die Dusche braucht eine rund um Erneuerung. Das waren so gut wie die einzigen Negativpunkte, Die wir tatsächlich aufzählen können. Der Rest ist wirklich (im Vergleich zu vielen All Inclusive Hotels) sehr gut, die Speisen Auswahl sehr breit, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Anlage sehr schön mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Aktivitäten (bei all inclusive sogar alles im Preis mit drin, wie zum Beispiel Tennis Oder Squash). Zum Strand von Karla Bonoff sind es circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, der Strand von Cala Millor ist etwas weiter entfernt, aber ebenfalls über einen Spaziergang von circa 20-30 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Der Weg wird auch nicht langweilig, da sehr viele kleine Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants die gesamte Promenade entlang führen.

Meget stort gammelt slidt resort. Værelset vi bookede skulle være med fuldt udstyret køkken, men der var hverken brødrister, vandkoger eller spækbræt. Der var heller ikke opvaskemiddel eller opvaskebørste… Ingen føntørre heller, hvilket der normalt er på et hotelværelse.
