We are dealing with airport management in order to solve this problem and hope to have good news very soon. What about bar we do not close it for private party, maybe it was overcrowded due to a meeting and the collegue in charge suggested you to ask to the restaurant in order to void you a long wait. Gentile ospite, ci dispiace molto che non sia rimasto soddisfatto del servizio. Non avendo riferimenti (nome o numero camera) non riesco a verificare se ci fosse pervenuta o meno la richiesta di letti separati. La sera in hotel non ci sono cameriere che possano rifare le camere per cui può essere che possibilmente non avessimo altre camere twin e non siamo riusciti a soddisfare, sul momento, la sua richiesta. Siamo spiacenti. Riguardo l'aria condizionata una volta attivata può gestirla autonomamente dalla camera, forse ha aperto la finestra e ciò ha determinato il blocco del sistema.

La nostra navetta gratuita è disponibile 24 ore su 24, ogni 30 minuti, su prenotazione. Questo permette ai nostri ospiti di poter serenamente riposare fino all'ultimo minuto senza l'ansia di poter arrivare in ritardo causa traffico, incidenti o altro.
