"If you want to stay close to Flåm, this place is a gem. It’s only 20 minutes from flam & is easily accessible by ferry or bus. There are several dining options on or near the property. The scenery is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast bar is good and has everything. I would highly recommend."
"We had the most wonderful stay at the Hjelle Hotel. A must if you are in the area. The dinner each night was incredible, all food made with local ingredients and so delicious. Our 9 month old was with us and the owners went out of their way to accommodate her and provide what we needed. Also, the views from the hotel grounds are out of this world. We hope to come back one day- our stay here was a highlight of our trip to Norway. "
