Nice hotel with swimming pool

Just spent few nights at this hotel whilst visiting Forde. The hotel is well positioned with excellent options for a walk, hike or just relax. However, there were few things which other guests needs to be aware if they decide to stay here: - the lift to the 5th floor was constantly broken - shampoo in the room wasn't refilled, almost empty when we arrived (have your own) - swimming pool & gym - very outdated with false ceiling tiles missing. - spa - only one sauna working despite spa reception charging full amount to enter and none of the jacuzzis looked to be cleaned to some time due to sand or dirt found at the bottom

We booked this hotel because Expedia advertised it as having air conditioning. To our surprise, the staff informed us that it did not have A/C, but they were very accommodating when we asked for a fan when the room temperature got up to 85° F/ 30° C

Very beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast selection. Staff was very helpful. It was a little warm in the room so we had to open the window and the door to get a good ( cooler) breeze coming through. I understand they’ve been experiencing record temps. The hours of the restaurant were puzzling. It wasn’t open Friday for lunch, but was not on Monday. We ate dinner Friday night but it wasn’t open Sunday, so we found somewhere else to eat. Overall I would still give it 5/5 stars as a great place to stay in Forde. Very central as well to shopping and right next to the bus depot.

Breaker good but service bad room basic no tea/cof

It looks nice from outside but room is basic . I am surprise we stayed in Bergen scandic near airport it was best and book same hotel this one but there was totally different . Room was not clean and bin was terrible smelling . Called reception 2 times in one hr and went downstairs too but because they were busy no peu came and finally I called again and the lady came after 1 hr 20 mins . First time seen no coffee no kettle no tea bar nothing . It’s like hoste . Only positive things is Very good breakfast .
