"The hotel has an amazing spa and good beds, but the service is flat or nonexistent and the rooms could use an update. Especially the mold in bathroom. As other guests comment: the amount of add ons and lack of basic amenities (coffee/snacks throughout day, more varied food options, room amenities) was a turn off. "Hotel Brinkly is a charming little family run hotel. It is a beautiful old building perfectly positioned just opposite the beach and with forest behind. It is in a lovely position and Snekkerten is a very pretty village. There is also a bus stop immediately outside. We had the garden room which was spacious, comfortable and clean. The big problem with this room was the bar was below it and outside area where people smoked and the smell of smoke drifted in to the room even though the window was closed. I thought the smoking would stop but at 2 AM there were still people down there being loud and smoking combined that with another guest who had a dog that literally never stopped barking until very late in the evening and then started barking again before 7am. "Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier. Wir hatten ein etwas abgewohntes Zimmer zur Schnellstraße raus. Somit leider sehr laut. Das Bad war sauber aber könnte modernisiert werden. Nach dem duschen von vier Personen schwamm das ganze Bad. Das Frühstück war Standard und ausbaufähig. Pluspunkt der kostenlose Parkplatz und sehr guter, freundlicher Service vom Personal.
