"Ways to stay here a couple months back and this time the room was dirty the wall had stains there is nothing to use in the kitchen only I think a Old Dutch oven and an old frying pan luckily we got the biggest room in the house which is the city studio and you have your own private bathroom but it is hot during the day there's no insulation this used to be a little quiet spot for me and my fiance to go to me one of you have a long time but I think this might be the last time we stay here"

"We got there around 7pm and the room given had a strong smell of cigarette. I ask to be change. We were moved from 4th floor to 3rd. The hallway smell like weed, the room looks ok at first glance so I didn’t complained. Later I noticed missing towels, stained bed fitting. Went to the front desk to ask for new set and they didn’t have any. Ask for towels gave me two and when got to the room noticed they were stained too. I have to mention the breakfast and the area was ok. One of the ladies in charge was very attentive and even brought me and different option for the meet. "

"Nice, clean hotel centrally located in Aventura Park Square (near restaurants, Whole Foods, Aventura Mall and Don Soffer trail). Pool was fab and room had a mini fridge and coffee machine. Would recommend and stay again. "

"We checked in at 2am after 2 delayed flights. The front staff was not welcoming at all, slightly rude. Got to our room and it was hot and muggy. Tried to turn the air on and the thermostat wouldn’t work. Went downstairs to speak to the front desk attendant and all he said was “fun fact from what i hear the air don’t go past 70” that was it. I had to go back to my room and try to sleep it was miserable especially after a very long day of traveling. seriously the hallway was cooler the temp in the room stayed at 74 and the air or fan never kicked on. The water pressure in the shower was non existent. We ended up checking out early. There’s way better hotels to stay at in miami. I’ll be marking this hilton off my list for sure. "

"It's the most terrible experience for me ever! Hardware conditions, amenities, services... everything was terrible! No blankets, no cups for brushing(even most common disposable ones), no room phone (you had to talk with front desk in person).... Almost nothing! Things on site were in bad/wrong conditions, lamps, toilet, bath tub...Most terrible thing was that they charged so-called Safety Deposit $100, which never be mentioned on booking requirements, especially the Deposit has not been returned to me yet by now(nearly10 days since check-out), and no response to my asking for. "
