"I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...

And there is no restaurants close by to have dinner. I did hear you could take a ferri to port lucaya and have dinner but when I was looking for the ferri it wasnt available. I was there in the beginning of October and not...

"Todo muy bonito una experiencia inolvidable volveré primero dios"

Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others."

"I love this place and will always come back. Excellent facility!"

The restaurant isn’t always open when it’s supposed to be, leaving me having to order food and take expensive taxi rides out in town. When it is open, the food is average at best and overpriced. There’s nothing within walking distance. The telephone in the...
