"Excelente localización, buen parquin, el personal excelente. El desayuno estuvo bien."

"Ev erything was great"

"Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Easy check in"

"A little far out from town, no restaurant close by"

"Ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work"

"Clean spacious room with full refrigerator, electric top stove, plates and glasses, paper towels etc. room had two queen beds and a sofa bed. Super clean and reasonably priced."

"Surprisingly not too bad for a cheap hotel. Will stay here again."

"The general palmer was a beautiful stay! We were booked in the building next to the main building and the only access to those rooms were by stairs. This wasn't a big deal for us but if you're planning on staying I would let the helpful staff know ahead of time if you will need an elevator. The small buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing! It filled our bellies before our train ride. 10 out of 10 will book again!"

"Staff is very friendly, breakfast was good and very clean room. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again."

"Room was decently clean. They do not clean daily but every other day. This may be the standard now as I haven’t stayed in a hotel room for a while now. Room was nice enough, hotel itself seemed dated. “ Free” Breakfast was really good- 3 out of the 4 days we were there (one day was not so hot). Staff were friendly and helpful. Be warned though, they charge for everything. This may be a City of Durango thing more than a hotel thing, to be fair. Overall it was decent, but next time I would...

"Could use some TLC. Carpet in front of our door was ripped. Everything Looked well used. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet not on street side. A/c was noisy. Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice."

"This is a motel not a hotel. Lumpy worn out old mattress. Dated smelly rooms. Limited parking. Noisy. Stains. Small window air heat unit not enough to heat or cool room. Breakfast is almost pointless. Only positive, was a great helpful front desk clerk."

"Convenient to downtown Place was clean Bathroom could use a little updating Would stay here again"
