"Overall the hotel is great. Clean and modern feel to it. What let it down was housekeeping. We stayed for 3 nights but were only given two coffee pods. Everyday when we returned to the hotel housekeeping hadn’t replenished the coffee pods, milk and sugar. They took the mugs and glasses that were used but didn’t replace them so we couldn’t have made a coffee even if we had the coffee etc. they also removed a hand towel and didn’t replace it. "På Saga har jag bott många gånger. Läget är den stora fördelen, så nära Köpenhamn H. Allt brukar fungera här men ingen lyx förstås. Helt ok rum med vatten och tvättställ samt sköna sängar. Dusch och toalett med god standard finns i korridorerna. Vill man skala av all lyx och till ett bra pris få ett anständigt hotell så är det Saga man ska välja. Men tog jag med min partner på resan tror jag att hon vill ha litet mer. "

"Helt fantastiskt hotell, allt känns top notch och rummet är gudomligt. Fin kaffemaskin, bra hårprodukter och jätteskön säng ich bra ventilation. Steamer och en dyson hårtork dessutom. Takbaren är så fin och inredningen är njutningsfull. Otroligt fin frukost, lugn o ro. Bästa upplevelsen i Köpenhamn; andra gången vi bor här. Kommer vi fortsätta med."

"Lobby music Friday and Saturday evening was very loud. We got the wrong room and had to change, but with that the staff were lovely and efficient in correcting. "Vi är mycket nöjda! Fräscht och modernt. Personalen var underbara. Läget var bra till Ströget och Tivoli 5-7 min promenad. Slottet, ca 20 min promenad. Frukosten hade ett ok utbud. Dock saknades ljust bröd. Fanns säkert 5 olika frallor, små kompakta alla mörka. Så sista morgonen gick vi till netto o köpte go frallor o tog med oss så sonen oxå fick något att äta.
