"Very good service. Breakfast was included in our room rate. The cold cuts and sweets were all good. There was also a breakfast menu to order eggs Benedict etc, at no extra charge. Two mornings we had to leave early and they made up breakfast boxes to take with us. Just two examples. I was very impressed. "
"This property is clean and modern. The rooms are fine and with comfortable beds. There are other adjoining hotels but traffic is minimal. There’s a pathway to a very large exercise park. Best way from hotel to downtown is via Uber. Downtown travel is almost impossible with rental car and is not worth the trouble trying to find parking or working through the non resident restrictions. "
"The property is situated 5 minute walk from the main square and even closer to Wawel Castle, So very well positioned.
The room we stayed was 108 which is well positioned and overlooks the courtyard. Bathroom is well appointed, good shower and nice Molton Brown soaps, shampoo and bathgel and cream.
The staff were always helpful when we spoke with them."

Die Innenstadt war auch sehr gut und schnell mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir werden es weiterempfehlen an alle die sich Krakau anschauen möchten."
"This lovely hotel is in the heart of the main square which was so convenient for getting to places nearby to meet for trips and for enjoying the plethora of restaurants. If you love people watching - this is the place. Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and the amenities were excellent. Staff were very friendly and exceedingly helpful. Highly recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay in Krakow."
