Lupausten pitäminen

Hotelli vastasi varaustamme siihen asti kun menimme huoneeseen ja parisänky + 2 vuodetta oli vaihtunut kahteen erilliseen sänkyyn ja sohvaan. Respa väitti vastaavan varausta. Hotels comin lähettämässä vahvistuksessa oli selvästi kerrottu parisängystä, josta veloitettiin korkeampi hinta. Hintaan kuului siivous; sängyn petaus oli jäänyt puolitiehen, samoin kuin likainen päiväpeitto oli vaihtamatta. Siivous ei näköjään koskenut kylppäriä. Huoneen näköalat oli ravintolan katolle, ikkunan edessä oli rakennustelineet. Aamulla heräsimme siihen, että rakennusmiehet oli töissä ikkunamme edessä. Mielestämme 340 € kahdesta yöstä ei vastaa hinta/laatu kuvaamme. Tilava parkkipaikka sopi hyvin peräkärrimme säilytykseen sillä aikaa kun tutustuimme alueen nähtävyyksiin.

Tråkig mat. Frukost ok.Långt o gå till mitt rum. Tyst rym dock med bra säng. Bad, pool o gym fantastiskt bra. Det senare nog det bästa på alla hotell jag bott på. Bilburen ett måste.

Dålig service, men funktionellt hotell.

Hotellet var funktionellt med en stor simhall. När vi skulle äta i restaurangen fick vi vänta länge på att få ett bord. När vi frågade varför fick vi ett arrogant bemötande. Matsalen hade flera bord lediga, trots det väntade vi i över en timme utan att förstå varför.

Asiakaspalvelu hotellin ravintolassa oli erittäin hidasta ja välinpitämätöntä. meitä ei edes tervehditty ja odotimme pöytiinohjausta 15min, vaikka olimme ainoat ”jonottajat”. ruan valmistunisajaksi meille sanottiin 40min-tunti, koska oli kiirettä, mutta ruuat saimme vasta 1,5h päästä ja silloinkin kylminä, koska tarjoilijalla oli kiire laskuttaa edellisiä asiakkaita ja ruuat odottivat tiskillä arviolta 10min ajan... palvelua saimme ruotsiksi, vaikka olemme suomenkielisiä, ei voi kyllä millään suositella paikkaa tällä kokemuksella

Bra Hotell i närheten av Lohja.

Hotell i bra skick för att ha så många år på nacken. Detta är perfekt för spa vistelse och konferens på plats, finns inget direkt i närheten men en större stad 15 km därifrån. (Lohja) Hotell och personal får högsta betyg, rent och fräscht i rummet och i Hotellet i övrigt, bra frukost, provade inte restaurangen annars. Var där på vintertid så kan inte säga nåt om omgivningen annars, är nog mycket aktiviteter på sommaren. Mycket positivt helhetsintryck.

Hyvä peruspaikka kokoukselle. Huone hieman kulahtanut, huonot tyynyt, mutta kyllä siellä nukkui. Aamiaiset ja buffet-lounaat erinomaisia. A la carte- päivällinen todella isoa pettymys vaikka ravintolassa ei ollut kuin alle kaksikymmentä asiakasta. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palveluhenkistä.

Vierailu meni hyvin. Kun auton saa parkkiin niin viikonloppu alkaan! Lapsien kanssa helppo olla koska on uimaosasto. Sen lisäksi hotellissa on väljyyttä sekä sisä- että ulkotiloissa.
