"Needs new staffs. Staffs are rude, not very helpful. They need to close the hotel."

"Great for the price"

"BED BUGS!!! Apparently it's a common occurrence, had to fight them for a full refund..."

"Terrible experience – Safety breach, broken promises & zero privacy Overall: Avoid this place, especially with family. Friendly staff was nonexistent and standards were missed. Stayed mid-July, now mid-October and still unresolved—waiting over a month for an email reply. Only positive: close to beach and metro. Safety, Privacy & Keys: Booked a 4-bed room. Mid second night, a stranger opened our door and walked in. My 9yo daughter was terrified. Reception dismissed us until morning, though they...

"Great location but could be cleaner"

"I stayed here for 4 nights. On the second night, we found that there was someone come to our room and left candy crust on the floor. Moreover, that one also played game with our Nitendo switch. We knew because the way they put it back in the box wasn't tidy as we did. He or she also cleaned the bin, but only the bin outside bathroom. :( We would like to contact the hostel directly, but we have no contact. And because of these, we did not really impressed with the hostel much."

"Good"

"They were very helpful when we got in! We were tired after all the traveling and they made it so easy for us"

"Room was cleaned but it will be great if they will provide shower gel for guest to stay too."

"Overall, despite the hotel’s modern appearance and cleanliness, the poor sound insulation and terrible location made for a disappointing stay."

"Bueno"

"Great location. Easy check in and check out. What I needed for a simple stay"

"Clean and in a great spot!"

"Felt welcomed and at ease. Friendly staff, the food prep area had everything needed for heating up food and meal prep. No stove but it was OK. Common area was clean and tidy and the hostel was very quiet."
