"We missed that reception closes at 6pm. Our mistake. We arrived in the evening and there were no instructions for "late" arrivals nor any self-checkin instructions. There was a phone number provided on the door (for emergencies) but we received no answer to our calls. We had received not a single word of instructions before arrival. I totally understand that some properties work with limited front office hours. Unfortunately this property doesn't bother to communicate with their guests ahead of...
