Gentile Sig. Alfonso, siamo molto dispiaciuti di leggere la Sua recensione. Per quello che riguarda il piano doccia ci scusiamo ma probabilmente a seguito lavori fatti sull’impianto, può darsi che in doccia inizialmente ci fosse dell’acqua un po’ più scura. Per quanto riguarda la temperatura della stanza visto la velocità tra la prenotazione ed il vostro arrivo in struttura la stanza avrebbe necessitato di un pochino più tempo per scaldarsi, ma siamo felici di avervi dato un'altra stanza con bellissima vista sul nostro lago. Ci auguriamo di poterLe dare nuovamente il benvenuto all'Hotel Alfieri, e Le porgiamo i nostri più distinti saluti.
