"We started our vacation a day early just to stay at the hotel for our kids to use the ‘indoor waterpark’. On arrival at check in I noticed there was caution tape surrounding the pool, there were 2 people checking in ahead of me and nothing was mentioned to them about the water park being closed. ..."
