"During our stay in Bruges, we felt very comfortable at Isabelle's place. She personally welcomed us and gave us tips for our stay. Besides the cozy and unique decor, we especially loved the lounge where we could have breakfast. A refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave were available for everyone to use. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back."

"The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light.
Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu.
Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!!
It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!!
I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain!
Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for...

"This was a fabulous hotel! The history and decor was absolutely marvelous. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. "Accommodatie zeer goed, mooie parking. De ligging dicht bij de dijk van Middelkerke.De enige opmerking die we hebben, en deze heeft niet onmiddellijk met het hotel te maken, maar met de mensen die er logeren. Het was twee nachten zeer luidruchtig tot 02h30. Dit is wel wat overdreven. Misschien wel iets om door te geven aan het management."

"Kamers waren schoon, comfortabel en lekker fris doordat je een raam kan openzetten. Vriendelijke personeel en bij vertrek krijg je een kleine attentie. Slim bedacht. Het ontbijt was top en goed verzorgd. ‘S avonds kan je heerlijk bijkomen bij het open haard en een versnapering bestellen aan de bar. Punt van aandacht. De instap naar de zwembad is vrij hoog. Men moet iets bedenken om mensen in een rolstoel makkelijker te maken. "
