The room was excellent and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The bon bons and bottled water and sparkling water were very much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the hotel staff was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly. My daughter accidentally left her airpods and didnt realize til we were at the airport. She emailed the facility, they found them and offered to hold them and provided a delivery service where she was able to have them arranged to mail back to the states. It was very much appreciated!

Found Hotel next to Charleroi airport very convenient for business. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming in reception, bar & restaurant. Room was very clean and we’ll equipped.

Great Hotel for Charleroi Airport Location

Always come back here when on business in Belgium. It’s a 5 minute drive from Charleroi Airport which is South Brussels. The team here are always friendly and helpful and the restaurant is always busy and offers great food and drinks. It seems to be a popular spot for local residents too which says a lot about the quality of eatery. Rooms are generous size and parking on site is easy. We often use it as base too when heading back to the airport to catch a flight as you can wander in and have a cup of tea whilst catching up on some work. Will 100% use this hotel every time we are back in Belgium in this area.

Great hotel for short stays and if you have a car. The food is pricy but delicious. The perfume sprays in the hallways need to be calibrated down, the odour is pleasant but too dense.

Astonishingly good experience

The food and service was excellent. My expectations are modest for airport hotels but Van der Valk set a new standard. The restaurant was super, the staff attentive and the menu quality and reasonable.A special mention to Mo on reception, who went beyond his duties to recover my mobile phone from a local taxi firm who were not about to return it. His persistence and skill meant that I didn't have a very difficult evening without cards and a phone. Great job Mo!

O hotel está super bem localizado, bem próximo ao aeroporto Charleroi. Conta com posto de gasolina bem próximo e portanto vc pode abastecer seu carro alí antes de devolver à locadora. Não gostei de a recepção cobrar 6 euros por dia pois já havia pago na hoteis.com quando fiz a reserva! Tem um supermercado enorme bem ao lado do hotel o que foi divertido comprar vinho e coisas gostosas para um pic-nic no nosso quarto ( que tinha uma mesa com 2 cadeiras super confortáveis). O quarto é bem confortável, bem como o banheiro com chuveiro ( sem banheira!!) o que acho o máximo! Café da manhã muito bom.
