A good place to stay if you have any businesses at Suntec Convention Center since the venue is in a walking distance. Chijmes is also nearby so you will have plenty of choices in terms of food and beverages.

ブギスから徒歩8〜10分ぐらいの場所にあるので食べ物には困らないし、主要箇所への移動は便利 ホテル内装は日本の築年数経ってるホテル日航っぽい感じ エレベーターすぐ横の部屋だったのでエレベーターの稼働が結構聞こえた(夜中も稼働してる) 浴槽は水流れにくいので注意 洗濯乾燥機使用した時、カウンターでS1ドルコイン6枚(洗濯と乾燥で各S6ドル)両替したついでに洗濯洗剤くれた(粉) 部屋は涼しいがすごく乾燥してるのでマスクあったらベスト クーラーからの埃とかは全くなかった トコジラミはいなかった シーツも綺麗だった チェックアウト後荷物預かってくれた(泊まった時の部屋番号と取りにくる時間連絡する)

We had a very comfortable stay at the Grand Pacific for 5 nights. The location is very convenient to get around in Singapore by public transport as well as walking. There’s bus stops right outside the hotel and within 250m from the hotel, you can practically get a bus to anywhere in Singapore. I would rate this property a 5 star, except for a few reasons. We arrived at 5am and while I totally understand check-in is at 3pm, I would expect from a service perspective that you atleast offer your guests (who have already completed check-in formalities) waiting in your lobby a bottle of water as a courtesy. We had shifts change from the night to the early morning staff, but felt overlooked for more than 3 hours as we headed out at 8am. The room telephone wasn’t working, which we discovered the next day. The staff were prompt to send maintenance crew to have a look, but it seemed the line was dead and needed external contractors to attend. We opted for the issue to not be looked at, but ideally one would expect this to be picked up in checks while the room is prepared. Our 3 year old’s bath towel was mistakenly collected by the housekeeping staff while changing towels on Day2, and I had to keep following up the issue. However, Lee and Christine were better than other staff who took the trouble to look into it and help redress. Christine helper reimburse me while checking out, which I appreciated. It was hard to explain to a toddler why their towel disappeared.

Loved the helpful staff..tv sound was not good. Fridge broken when we arrived but was replaced the next day.. pool was lovely but change rooms were not!

バス停が近くなので、あちこち行きやすいです。 建物は多少古いですが、清潔だしスタッフの方も親切です。 モーニングビュッフェは現地仕様のメニューが多く、個人的には食べられる物が少なかったですが、大丈夫な方は問題ないと思います。

Mooi hotel , goede service. Ontbijt gevarieerd meer kan ik er niet over zeggen want verblijf is maar 1 nacht dus geen gebruik gemaakt van alle voorzieningen. Pluspunt de safe hier is fijn en easy te bedienen en verlicht sls je de kast open doet. Heb ik wel anders gezien.

It was a good stay - staffs gets 5* - very nice and approachable Rooms needs a bit of maintenance, need PowerPoints on bedside, bathroom shower needs a replacement for sure, hotel needs new linens. Overoll ok.

Positives: Gute Anbindung, sauber, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Negatives: Hotel ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer war okay und schon mal ein wenig renoviert, das Bad aber nicht. Keine Raucherlounge, Wetterabhängige Öffnungszeiten des Pools ( wenn es nieselt wird der Poolbereich geschlossen) und dieser ist auch nicht wirklich einladend (auch ziemlich veraltet) Alles in allem ist das für mich kein 4**** Hotel, max.3.

Hotel Grand Pacific is very centrally located to shopping centres and food outlets, local markets and fancy outlets. Hotel is well presented and staff are amenable.

Have stayed here many times. Good aircon big rooms, bath with shower which i like. Bathrooms are cleanbut need refurb. Concierge... Velu has neen there for years....always greets me which means a lot.

値段の割に部屋は広く充分くつろげました。 朝食ブッフェも質、量共に充分で良かったです。スタッフの対応も親切で気持ちよく過ごせました。施設の古さは仕方ないですが、立地は申し分無く次回も泊まりたいです。

At first, we were given a room at the 15/F where the TV and telephone were both not working. Upon our request, however, the hotel immediately transferred us to a nicer room at the 5/F. The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and the Bugis area.

The showerhead was leaking. The covers for the seats were stained. The tv couldn't even display the channels to watch properly. Only good thing is that the hotel is close to bugis junction and the food outlets around it.

As stated by other guest the property is dated. Rooms look like they didnt change much since the 90s. The washroom feels like my old apartment washroom. The the gym is small with limited weights. Its different from the pictures shown on Expedia. Its actually better. The have dumbbells that go up to 20kg and a modern resistance machine, one treadmill and a stationary bike. Breakfast is decent. They usually change it every other day. You can usually hear your neighbors or people in the hallway though but they quite down at night so its not too bad. Now the pros. Staff are great and helpful. They are friendly, polite and quick to offer help when needed. Alot of things are close by like the bus, trains and shopping malls. A 7-11 and money exchange are meters away. Bugis shopping area located 4 blocks away is great for bargains, cheap chocolates and food. The rooms are roomy by singapore standard and ceilings are high. The washroom is comfortable and the beds are comfy if small.

A great stay in SIngapore - we came back to stay in Grand Pacific as it is always a pleasant experience. Great sized, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are amazing. Breakfast is a highliight with an amazing buffet! Very convenient location, easy to get to from the airport on the train and can walk to most main sights in SIngapore.
